This dentist office should receive more than five stars. I went in yesterday for a consultation and was actually able to actually get my tooth pulled that has been bothering me for two months and I only went for a consultation.Dr Griffith and his nurse autumn P stayed over after hours to make sure I was OK. Got this tooth out. May God continue to bless both of them. I highly recommend.

They were great! It was quick and easy! I was scared of the IV and one of the nurses even held my hand! Super, super sweet!! Dr. Lee, Jenn, Emily, and Auttle were all great!

Dr.Lee and staff has worked me in twice. And I appreciate it very much. Andrea,Salena, Auttie,Jessie were great.

I’m still in awe of the incredible experience I had with Dr. Griffith! One week ago, he removed three wisdom teeth, and I'm thrilled to say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I had been informed about potential swelling and pain, I didn't experience any of that. My follow-up appointment revealed perfect healing, and I'm overwhelmed with gratitude. Dr. Griffith truly has miracle hands. He is by far an amazing surgeon but he is also kind and friendly which made me feel peace during the entire experience. Andrea and Salena were great for check in and out, as well as Dr Lee; I’ve been there before for my wisdom teeth removal and now extractions and they have always been so great at what they do. Even with low staff today, and being the last patient of the day, they still were good about explaining and answering my questions.

I had a wonderful experience. The office scheduled me an appointment fast. They were very friendly. Gave me a free tshirt , Chick-fil-A smoothie card for after surgery and helped buckle my seat belt. My son was seen on August 12, 2024 for a preliminary visit pre-surgery. The tooth extraction surgery was on September 16, 2024. Dr. Griffith, Val, Miranda, and Lisa made an excellent surgery team! I was highly impressed with the professionalism of all team members! The bedside manner was second to none! I was allowed to be with my son until the medicine "kicked in" and made him unconscious. The impacted tooth was removed in a timely manner, and after care was kind and compassionate. Lisa walked my son to the car and made sure that he did not fall as he was still under the influence of the sedation meds. Very friendly staff!! Dr. Griffith was knowledgeable and personable. He explained my treatment plan thoroughly, and made me feel comfortable. Andrea at the front desk also offered me light refreshments that were available. I would highly recommend this location!

Absolute Blessing of a place! After a year of searching in hometown in KY no one would extract my 8 year old son painful tooth . Finally got referral and by far the best experience hands down. From the front office to the girls (J) to the dentist. Made my son so comfortable and they just had it all together. I would recommend to anyone

I had an appointment at another place to get three teeth pulled. I had to wait 4 months for my appointment after the consultation and then they rescheduled because they had scheduled me on the day of the eclipse and decided to close so my next appointment wasn't going to be until November. I've been dealing with tooth pain for a little over a year now so I called Cumberland surgical and they got me in in 3 weeks and even apologized it was going to take that long. They were so nice on the phone and in office and made me feel comfortable. They offered me sedation which was amazing because I have such bad dental anxiety. They thoroughly explained everything to me as I'm a breastfeeding mother and even though I had talked to her pediatrician they also explained how it would be safe to ease my mind. I also had only made the appointment for one tooth but after looking at the x-rays he said doing all three at the same time would be no problem. I was really happy about that so I wouldn't have to wait to get the other two out in November. They even gave me a pudding cup in my take home bag which I thought was cute. Definitely recommend!

Dr Lee did my son’s wisdom teeth surgery. He was so nice and thoroughly explained the procedure. He personally called me after the procedure to give me aftercare instructions. I was blessed to be referred here for a tooth extraction. One singular tooth, but George Lee took one look at my X-ray and asked me how I felt about taking care of the rest of my wisdom teeth. When I tell you this blew my mind and made my day, I haven’t been to a surgeon or dentist that cared nearly as much as this man! Very descriptive and detailed process, I was the most comfortable I’ve ever been while waiting for a surgery, nurses and front desk ladies like Andrea, Salena, Amanda, and even auttie! I had to have 7 teeth pulled and when I got there dr Lilly and the rest of the staff were extremely nice and did a great job easing my anxiety, I’m terrified of dentist 😂 they even offered to give me a free card to get some ice cream after my surgery it was an amazing experience and if I ever need any other work done I will absolutely be going back there!! I must say this place is awesome. DeDe, at the front desk was very helpful. I'm from KY and DeDe assisted in helping me with finding a location closer to me, for my convenience, as well as, working with me to get in as soon as possible. I'd also like to thank, Andrea. She came out to the lobby, to make sure everyone was comfortable. She offered everyone something to drink and a snack while we waited. Definitely a first!!! I appreciate that. Amanda, as well was a great help. She also made sure I was comfortable when we I was getting prepared. She let me know everything was gonna be ok. Taking time to explain certain things about what I was to expect from the procedure. Very sweet person. NOW, Dr. Griffith is AMAZING. I can't express that enough. I came in for a simple consultation, from Paducah, KY (him not knowing). Once he found out I drove that far just to get my tooth looked at. He literally worked me in with no problem the same day. Excellent! Took my broken wisdom tooth out, same day. Very easy. Local anesthetic so I was awake for everything. I can’t imagine it going any better.

i did just get my surgery today but i honestly wouldn’t want to go anywhere else, i was scared, nervous and no doubt that they didn’t put a smile on my face and showed me it was okay. Dr.G was hilarious and helped me on my breathing when i was scared for the IV. his team was no different, they showed me everything would be okay and to just breathe, thank y'all so much for what y'all do. would recommend, he went over everything that was needed to go over but he also did it in a funny way, he always asked if there was any questions and willing to answer anything, he did a great job!

Dr. Lee's team with Jena & Emily made me feel really comfortable during my treatment. They went above & beyond explaining the procedure & experience I was having. 10/10

I went for wisdom teeth + 4 others to be pulled! I was extremely nervous, and have awful dental anxiety, but Dr. Griffith, and the lovely lady who brought me to the room (i can't remember her name, but she's now my favorite 😂) helped me stay calm and explained everything they were going to do. They were super nice, and patient while I tried to calm down, even helping me through breathing. Honestly, for being petrified of dentists, this was by far the best experience ever.

Dr.Lee with Cumberland Surgical Arts did a wonderful job on my daughter’s oral surgery. She had to have to some pre work done before she could get braces. He and his team removed 4 of her teeth. The surgery was at the Pleasantview office and they were extremely kind and supportive during the surgery. His assistants Emily, Baily, and Auttie were super friendly and made us feel comfortable the entire process. The office staff even gave her a free T-Shirt. ++++ During our follow up visit at the Clarksville office, the same cozy vibe followed us. The receptionist was a busy bee that day, but she still greeted us, multitasked, and her customer service towards anyone she helped in person or on the phone was highly noted. I didn’t catch her name, but she was on it that day! We had a great experience here and would recommend to anyone.

From the first appointment to the procedure everyone we dealt with was pleasant and helpful. The surgeon called while she was coming out of her procedure and made sure to ask if I had any questions and explained what I needed to know. They were very professional and made sure I understood the aftercare. They took great care of my little one and made sure she was comfortable. They already schedule a follow up appointment. Everything has been easy and stress free. Would recommend this location.

My 8yo son and I both had surgery here about a month apart. I was so nervous for my 4 wisdom tooth extraction but the entire staff and Dr.Lee were amazing in calming my nerves. Dr.Lee was very attentive and knew more about my medical history and meds I shouldn’t take than I did. You will be in GOOD hands here.

Let me just say, I went to the Rudolph location to get 9 teeth pulled the same day!! & Dr.Lee and staff were AMAZING!! They made me feel real comfortable about the procedure and anesthesia being my first time having anything done to myself. I’m on DAY 2 of recovery, and I haven’t felt any pain! Idk if it’s the pain pills or God has his hands on Dr.Lee but he’s just amazing!!! Thank you all for a very wonderful experience :)

Five stars to Dr. Lee and his assistant Courtney who have definitely changed my outdated perception of the typical Dentist office. When I was told that my tooth would have to be surgically removed, all I could do was envision the worst. On my appointment day l was trying to look and remain calm. I had horrible thoughts and wondered if I should have requested full sedation instead of just the local sedation.(The Needle). Well, by the time Courtney got me onto the dental chair and prepped with her kind words of encouragement Dr. Lee walks in and the procedure was over within 5 minutes flat. I barely felt any pain. I highly recommend Dr. Lee and the Surgical Team @ Cumberland Surgical Arts And Associates. Thank you Team! 😁 ..

My daughter and I visited dental “experts” in three states attempting to find the right place to help with her tooth problem. Cumberland and Dr Griffith were amazing! Do not waste your time anywhere else! I would highly recommend.

I had surgery under sedation here with the Lilly Team! Dr. Lilly put me right at ease with his calm, cool, confident demeanor. The man clearly knows his stuff, and I had ZERO issues or complications pre-op or post-op. The rest of his team is even more awesome than he is! (Sorry, Dr. Lilly). Courtney, Jena, and Bayleigh were the rockstars who kept me from having a panic attack. Special shout out to Courtney - I have worked in healthcare for years and she has the BEST bedside manner I have ever witnessed. She is funny, witty, and sympathetic. It is clear that even though she may only see you for a few minutes before you fall asleep, that she cares about you as a person. She made me feel welcome, and if it wasn’t for her I might have ran out of the office (I have really bad dental anxiety. Anyone with similar nervous problems should seek out the Lilly Team - they don’t even have to try, they just are soothing. Hopefully I never see them again 😂 But I’m not going anywhere else for oral surgery care.

I saw Dr griffin I am a very complicated patient lol medically and emotionally due to trauma. He was the most patient and informative Dr I have ever met! Listen asks questions very thoroughly interacts with you and all your medical history. Very smart and experienced and also doesnt shy away if he doesn’t know something. I felt extremely cared for. Although I will be having surgery done where else where es due to my medical needs, I was so impressed with him and over all his staff. Lisa the office mg was the sweetest! I appreciate him getting me through it and from point a to b. While nothing is perfect they come close! Thank you.

Amazing care from amazing doctors and staff that go over and above to fix a smile

Let me start out by saying I was pretty nervous going in for consultation - but there was no need to be at all. Cumberland Surgical Arts and Associates feels inviting. I feel very reassured going back for my procedure soon. Every question I had was answered with kindness and all the information I needed. I spoke with Andrea, Tiffany, and Missy. They even offered me water and snack before I left their office on a scorching hot day out. 🥹

I am 32 hours after surgery and feeling pretty good to just have had all of my top teeth removed and everything fixed with bottom gums. Thank you Dr. Griffith I have had horrible past dental experiences and I expressed that to Dr. Griffith and he and Miranda(I think) were just so sweet and kind and supportive, at both the consultation and the actual surgery. As soon as I was coming too from the surgery I requested a certain song-MY MAN (Dr. Griffith) played it. But had to lower the volume bc of the language. Thank you everyone at the clinic and I will be back in two weeks for my checkup. I will also be recommending Dr. Griffith to any and everybody!

Just had my wisdom teeth surgery here at this clinic, and the experience was better than I could have imagined. Dr. Griffith and his assistant Val were super sweet and answered all of my questions when I was super nervous. I was in and out with an hour and a half. My recovery has been amazing, no infection with hardly any pain. Would highly recommend them for any dental surgery!

Andrea and Salena are at the front desk the first people you see when you walk in and last when you leave and they answer the phones too! They are super helpful! I was coming from two hours away they called cause there was a problem with my insurance instead of letting me take the drive and we fixed it on the phone before I wasted time and gas. I love that. I have used this clinic 2 times for my extractions. I have seen Dr. Lee each time and we love him he really cares about your well being. The staff are amazing and very sweet to deal with. We use the pleasant view office since we leave here, but I think they may have 2 more offices I know ones in clarksville. Everything is always so clean and sterile and they go through all your medical history each time u go to keep that current. I love how thorough they are. Most drs. I see are in and out in 2 sec, but he is not and he sets and explains everything to u. We will always come here for all of our teeth issues requiring surgery!

I came to Cumberland surgical Arts and associates to have my wisdom tooth removed. From the moment I walked in the door, everybody was so attentive. All throughout the office. It was unbelievable that everybody was so nice. You don’t see that today very often.Dr Lilly was awesome and explained everything thoroughly and had my tooth out in about five minutes. In fact, I didn’t realize it was out and was quite shocked at how fast he was and it was pain-free, which is a double bonus.Jena Was his assistant and was lovely and genuine. It’s never fun to have to have dental work done. I had to have 2 wisdom teeth pulled and one tooth that was an old root canal/crown that needed removed due to potential infection. I had 5 teeth pulled today, and the staff was absolutely amazing! They even sent me home with a little goodie bag with 2 ice packs, tons of gauze, chapstick, and a pudding cup which made my whole day lol. They also prescribed some mouth wash, nausea meds, pain meds & an antibiotic for infection! Probably my best experience as far as a dentist appointment even though I had some complications with the anesthesia! I’m so beyond thankful I got referred to this office!

Removed my last two wisdom teeth yesterday and my experience with Dr Jason Lilly and his team was superb. Dr Lilly talked through everything he was doing, he was gentle with putting in my IV for the anesthesia and off to sleep I went. I felt nothing and remembered nothing after that point. Only a light tap and the assistant calling my name when everything was finished. Listen, do the anesthesia, it will eliminate a lot of anxiety. Wish I did the first time I removed a set of my wisdom teeth. It wouldn’t take me this long to go back to the dentist to take the last two out. Also, follow their instructions, my surgery was less than 24hours and I have no swelling (I used the ice pack as soon as I got home before the numbness wore off) and I take my meds on time. Apart from this sore feeling when I swallow, I seem to be healing nicely. Thanks Dr. Lilly and team.

This office is amazing! I have spent over a year trying to get my teeth pulled, been to 3 different different dentists/oral surgeons in western ky and none of them would help me. I had to wait months for a consult and never got past that point with anyone. I called Cumberland surgical arts and told them how long I'd been trying to get this done and they got me in the same day I called. My surgery was scheduled 2 weeks later. I expected to have to wait months for the consult alone! The doctor spent over 15 minutes talking me through his surgical plan and told me exactly what to expect during and after surgery. He made me feel comfortable and confident in his plan. I am so happy they took my insurance and were willing and able to get me in as quick as they did. Andrea and Selena were super sweet and helpful as well!

The whole staff was fabulous and very dedicated to the patient and their family. Explained everything well about what was to take place, the time the procedure would be, and kept the family informed of progress. They took time to explain to the family of post operative care and what to expect. Dr. Lee was fantastic from start to post op visits. I can't say enough good things about this office, I had have emergency oral surgery because of an abscess infection and they fit me right in, I didn't bring my insurance card, they did all the leg work and found that for me, Dr Lee was VERY informative and told me everything that would happen, could happen, and what would've happen if I would've let this go. I don't know the assistants names but they were all so sweet and comforting. Missy had all my paperwork ready and that was a smooth quick process, the whole office was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better facility to take care of me. Would 100% recommend this office for any oral surgery needs.

I have severe anxiety when it comes to getting dental work. They were very empathetic and made me comfortable as possible. Bedside manners are superb all around. The staff was very amazing! I had an issue with an anesthetic (sedation) and didn't want to go to the hospital. The doctor came back and found a solution to the problem. Long story short, they took care of me and I WILL return for any other future procedures. You guys should have 6 stars! Thank you very much for all you did for me!

My appointment was with Dr. Lilly and his assistant Autumn. I have used this dental facility for several years. This was the second tooth I had pulled by Dr. Lilly; he always make me feel confident and comfortable in whatever procedure he has done taking care of my teeth. I always know that the procedure will be done perfectly and with minimum pain - even the shots he gives are quick and usually for the most part painless. I appreciate the care that I was given by Dr. Lilly and his staff. I wish that the other dental care I need could be done at this office too.

10/5 stars if I could! I was so nervous about my impacted wisdom teeth for years. But everyone made me feel so calm. Before I knew it, I was out and awake, and kindly walked to my car by the nurses. They were so giving and thoughtful through the whole process. And they took my KY Medicaid insurance! It was a 3 hour round trip, but so worth it!

They’re amazing. The ladies are sweet and they definitely know how to make someone who is nervous feel better. Plus Dr Lee did a great great job. Definitely recommend!! ❤️❤️

I would recommend Dr. Lilly to anyone as their oral surgeon! Only he, among oral surgeons, was prepared to put an implant where others had declared it to be impossible. When my three children required their wisdom teeth out, I brought them to see Dr. Lilly. All of them had wonderful experiences.

I liked this place overall. The staff was very friendly and fun. My doctor Lilly was amazing. My nurse Ms. Miranda was super also. I really felt like she cared and looked out for my best interest. I love the care package they sent home with me. It was super handy. Due to their instructions I have yet to experience any pain. Now the reason I didn't give them a 5 star was because of the payment due process at the time of service. I didn't find out what it was going to be not until I was already back and in the chair basically prepped for my procedure. Of course I didn't have my wallet on me or anything it was with my friend that drove me because I was told to leave my personal belongings with her. So I'm literally sitting in this chair filling out the billing paperwork just now finding out what my portion is then I proceeded to asked when do I need to pay this and was told now. The billing lady had to go out find my friend so she could bring back my wallet so I could pay. Of course my friend was confused caused she had no idea what was going on cause I had no phone to call her and give her a heads up. After I signed my papers and paid my portion that's when my nurse told the the financial lady to give my wallet back to my friend. I just thought that part was really off. Like is everyone done that way or what if I didn't have the money to pay it right then and there what would have happened?

My daughter is 4 years old and had very bad last experiences with a very rude impatient and mean dentist and nurses so going to the dentist was a little nerve racking for her but she showed excitement about going. I had done a lot of searching to find the best of the best for children, which meant I read reviews after review after review and when I came across the reviews for dr Lee I was completely happy. Not only did they get her an appointment super quick but we also ended up getting a call saying we could come in almost an hour early, upon arrival I was a bit nervous because of the rude people at her last dentist but the second we walked in the staff was so welcoming and kind. We got brought to the back and the nurses were super amazing and so patient with my daughter. Went in to the room and dr Lee came in he was cheerful happy spoke to my daughter and before he looked in her mouth he asked her if he could then told her what he was doing. Care, Competence and Kindness come to mind when I think of my experience with the Cumberland Surgical team. From the first phone call to the scheduling of future appointments the service was sincere and accommodating. I knew of Dr Lee by reputation so I never doubted that all would go well- but the initial consult was so thorough and the information that he provided and patience that he exhibited put me at ease about a dreaded and costly process. Tiffany provided a great first impression and had answers to many questions both on the phone and in person. I also want to mention Courtney- who was caring and compassionate in the time immediately after surgery- this really had quite an impact on me. I thought, " this is how people who choose the medical profession should behave." The post-op visit gave me assurance of what to expect and clarity about next steps. In a time when service, professionalism and hospitality are not the norm, it is nice to be treated with dignity and respect- .

It has been about 2 years since getting my wisdom teeth pulled at this place and I feel this is past due. Everytime someone mentions that they need teeth pulled, I instantly recommend this place because I couldn't be happier with the service I was provided. The very professional staff got me in and out with no complications. Although I was high as a kite afterwards, I do remember getting to the office signing in and then getting right to work. After procedure the wounds healed up fine, I had enough of the proper medicine to get through the recovery days. Give this place a try if able.

I had a severe infection due to a piece of tooth from my 2008 implants decided it want to be there. After seeing several Doctors It was finally sent to see Dr Lee. They were so very kind everyone and Dr Lee did surgery to get 3 pieces out and the infection destroyed a small bone leading into sinus area which was severely infected. Dr Lee was abe to flush everything out and it has all healed. I didn’t lose any of my implants. They are so Amazing 🤗🙏

I had 3 wisdom teeth and two back molars pulled at once under anesthesia without any complications. The staff was warm friendly and courteous. Every detail was explained clearly .

I had gone to 3 other oral surgeons for them all to turn me away because I had TMJ surgery in 1998 leaving hardware in my jaw. I had tooth pain since September, I also have a migraine disorder that causes stokes, the tooth pain had caused me to have 3 TIA’s, and I did 3 rounds of antibiotics due to abscess and infection. Dr Lee looked at my x-rays and offered to remove the tooth the same day! I was finally going to be pain free. He took his time to explain what his plans were and his staff was sure to give me great after care instructions! I’d recommend him to anyone who needs oral surgery and his staff! If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you Dr Lee and staff for saving me!

I got all four of my wisdom teeth pulled here at this clinic. The front desk was nice and so were the doctors. My procedure was nice and fast, when I woke up I didn’t even know it was time to go! They handled me with care.

Everyone is polite, professional. They were able to get me on the schedule the same week I called. Dr. Lee explains everything related to the process in detail. Even billing was exceptional explaining how the insurance company deductibles work. I have extremely high anxiety related to dental visits and I must say my blood pressure went up a little but that was it.

You made a terrifying event for a 15 year old boy simple, easy, and not that big of a deal.

Everyone was really nice when I got there despite me being a little nervous since this was my first time undergoing anesthesia. The consultation was good and I left there very informed and once I actually had the wisdom tooth removal they walked me through what they were doing and I very quickly fell asleep then I woke up and it was all done just like that I loved how amazing and caring the team was Dr George Lee did a great job! Precessional, kind, and gentle

This team is outstanding! They were quick and efficient in getting my consult and surgery done in a timely manner. Once they had feedback from my insurance, they even offered to get me in for surgery next day! They were very reassuring when I told them how nervous I was and took excellent care of me and even made sure to give me the tooth like I requested when it was extracted and i can barely feel where the tooth was pulled. Plus the information they give for after care and the medication prescribed makes it feel fairly pain free. Though the medication is super strong if youre a lightweight like me. This friendly staff is wonderful and I would recommend them any day. Ask for Dr. Lily, I've had him take care of me twice now and he's fantastic!

My tooth was literally about to drive me crazy. I found this oral surgeon facility and they were amazing down to the front desk receptionists to the dentist himself. They worked with my financially, and I was very nervous about getting my tooth pulled as usual, but they kept me calm and collected . they even changed music to comfort me and lower my bp! My husband had his wisdom teeth taken out here about a year ago and it was such a breeze. 😂 He was in and out. They were so nice and the nurse walked him out and gave me the information needed to clean his sutures. He was also able to get his prescriptions off base and sent to Walmart so that saved us a trip. I've been putting off my wisdom tooth removal for too long because I've had too many other oral surgeries, and frankly I have a lot of past dental trauma. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor; Dr James Griffith was incredible at explaining every step of the process, and was very thorough in answering all questions. He and the staff were very calming, and they were very warm and pleasant to work with. The office itself is clean and comfortable. I hope to never need any other oral surgeries, but if I do, I know I will return to Cumberland Surgical.

I had my wisdom teeth removed yesterday and later that day I was good as new. I am in no pain, I did not come out of surgery with a locked jaw. I was able to eat within and hour after surgery. Dr Jason was amazing and I highly recommend his services. Dr Jason assistants were also very pleasant and helpful with all my questions.

Had all 4 of my wisdom teeth romved , and they did well. But only gave me a note for 4 days. When the 3rd through the 5th day is the worst. I'm also on chemo and that means I heal slower than most but they wouldn't push my note unless I came in. The reason I wanted to push my note back was because they told me not to drive with pain medication, so how could I find a ride for another appointment if I can't find one to college. It's insane to me that I now have to drive myself, and be in so much pain (since i wont be able to take the pain medicine) at college all because they don't want to push my note back by one day.

I just had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled out yesterday by Dr. Griffith. I was very very nervous, have never had any dental work done before & was shaking in the waiting room from anticipation lol. But once I got called back, everyone was so incredibly nice. The assistants were wonderful & friendly. As soon as Dr. Griffith came in, he was very nice & uplifting and trying to distract me while still making sure I’m comfortable. It was soooo much better than what I was expecting, especially if you’ve heard the wisdom teeth horror stories like I have lol. He put my IV in and was talking to me until I fell asleep, woke up and they were joking with me and making sure I was feeling okay. And I sure was! Lol just drunk. It was so quick too, my appointment was at 0900 and I was out by 0940. It honestly was an incredibly pleasant experience and I hope this helps anyone that is as nervous as I was. I’m day 1 after extraction and only have pain from my gum craters swelling, but my wisdom teeth were also hugeee and had grown into my nerve. Also tip: if you want to keep your teeth ask BEFORE they start anything! They throw them away very quick so it’s pointless to ask after! 10/10 experience. Highly recommend.

I would recommend this place to anyone having oral issues. Especially wisdom teeth. Also let me just say I got two teeth pulled without insurance and it didn’t break my bank! I went in and everyone here was 100% nice and thorough with explaining the process. I had a consultation/look at my teeth. Scheduled my appointment which wasn’t far out, they worked with me. The actual extraction only took 15-20min. It was very easy and fast. I am now one day after getting my teeth removed and of course dealing with the usual pressure and sore ness but I am 100% satisfied with Cumberland Surgical Arts and associates. If I ever need future work it’ll be at this place!

During consultation Dr. Griffith was very patient explaining extraction procedure. His calming mannerism calmed dental anxiety. He was patient with answering all question. The thought of having tooth pulled was not an experience I wanted to remember. I appreciate the information provided. The surgical office communication with insurance payment, payment options, safety, covid protocol, appointments, pre and post op information was very helpful. The waiting area for accompanying driver provided a relaxed atmosphere with coffee.

The staff here are very helpful and very sweet, I had just recently had my wisdoms removed and they explained everything to me before the procedure and they did an amazing job of making me feel comfortable. However when I asked if they had given me my teeth after the surgery I was told they did not keep them for me by the one who had taken care of me and that I needed to tell them I wanted to keep them before surgery AFTER the fact I had already left the building and no one told me, that was honestly disappointing. Like who doesn’t want to keep their teeth? Other than that I would recommend this place to everyone.

Ashley has been his assistant each time I went an I would ask for her whenever he is doing a procedure, she is so sweet an calmed my nerves a lot. Despite a few one star reviews of people saying the staff are rude or unprofessional, MY visit was beyond the standard for me. I'm a soldier at Fort campbell, so not a patient here. Got scheduled for a wisdom teeth extraction less than 24 hours away. Showed up at my time and got taken care of immediately. X-Rays were done and on to the procedure room. I was briefed absolutely everything I needed to know about the procedure, and the aftercare. Staff even joked around with me right before I went out to keep the mood up and cheerful. Afterwards my wife says they were very informative and professional. Helping me get out to the car and get buckled in. I must've been a hard one to get going but the staff were excellent with dealing with my drugged self. The healing process has been painless. I have only had swelling and no pain. The surgery went beyond great which set me up for the perfect recovery. Loved this place and would highly recommend.

Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed 10/26/21 today's friday... I'm feeling 70%ok some discomfort and pain but managing very well, so far so good!! I cannot thank you all enough for the work you have done in my mouth! Dealt with this pain for 9 years plus. I finally prayed enough and settled my anxiety down to go in and get it done!! Do not think twice about coming here!! The staff is wonderful period! The dentists are wonderful period! And any bad reviews maybe they have then because someone was having a bad day, but the staff here is really great!! My bottom 2 wisdom teeth were impacted bad so I had to go under. (Anesthesia) this is the part that worried me the most, but God sent me here for sure!! They actually are so patient and caring and full of compassion for their patients! I fell asleep the clock said 10:46am and roughly 30 mins later I was being put into my car heading home! Thank you over and over a million times again!! Best oral surgery place in clarksville hands down!

Went well. I hate needles....always will. Decades ago I had a wisdom tooth extraction. 6 weeks later I ended up in emergency surgery. So I was extremely hesitant. Doctor Lilly did well, although the needle for IV was felt, it did not hurt. I called today in a lucid state and got my follow instructions first hand. They were friendly courteous and patient. Last night, first nights sleep without pain in several weeks and that was the day of extraction. Thanks.......

My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted and the process was very smooth. Dr. Lilly was awesome and took the time to talk to me prior to extraction and came outside to my car after the procedure to discuss how she did. I also want to give props to the administrative person who came to my car to do the paperwork, she went above and beyond what she needed to on that day. She relayed my nervousness to the physician and that allowed me to see him in person before procedure (especially since there are COVID restrictions). If you are looking for the BEST Oral Surgery Clinic in Clarksville; this is definately the place!!! The Suregons, nurses, and staff are TRULY TOP FLIGHT PEOPLE!!! All staff are working around Covid19 professionally and getting the job done!!! EVERYONE looked after me as if I were their only patient, yet I know they were treating lots of patients this day. Unfortunately, I have had to have several teeth removed over the years so I have a good idea of what to expect. However, I was mildly surprised at the wonderful treatment I received from Cumberland Surgical Arts. They were extremely kind and considerate from the moment I entered their offices. The best part was the extraction went great. I did not feel any pain and the it healed up very quickly. I hope that I don't have to have another tooth pulled but if I do I am returning there because they did a fantastic job.

Dr Lilly and his staff to great care of me and I would definitely come back for any of my oral surgeries. I had a extraction and here I am the next day with little discomfort. The directions they gave me help me understand how to properly take care of myself and the best part is they still emailed me to make sure I know to contact them anytime I have in questions or concerns.

I had a wisdom tooth pulled by Dr. Lilly. This was the first wisdom tooth I had ever had extracted and I am 73 years old. I had heard horror stories about wisdom teeth extractions and was a little hesitant. Dr. Lilly put me at ease, had it numbed up in a few minutes and a little later, “popped” it right out. I have had very little pain and discomfort and this is going on 24- hrs. The team there is very good and supportive. My experience there has been very good. Thank you all so very much. L. Graham

I had my wisdom teeth and an old root canal removed yesterday morning by Dr. Lee! I want to first off say that I was very pleased by the pricing of the whole process. I’m a mom of 3 so honestly money is tight especially paying out of pocket with no insurance. The building itself is beautiful and well kept. I had my consultation two weeks ago and everything was explained by Dr.Lee an his assistant so I knew what I had to look forward to. The morning of surgery I was nervous but his assistant Ashley was so amazing. We talked about a lot of things other than my surgery so she calmed my nerves down a lot. I just remember talking to Dr. Lee as he was starting my IV an next thing I know I was waking up to Ashley saying all done lol. I even apologized bc I knew I was snoring. The process was fast and easy. I am at home resting. I was numb until this morning but that has worn off. Today I have felt sick to my stomach a lot but Dr Lee gave me medication to help with that. Only bad part is not being able to eat, I’m soooo hungry lol. All in all I am so blessed my dentist office StB Dental referred me to Dr. Lee! I would recommend him to anyone. This surgery center deserves even higher than a 5. Dr.Lee was kind, reassuring and answered all my questions before and after the surgery. The center was immaculately clean and the staff used precise team effort to accomplish individual needs prior to, during and after the appointment.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed recently. Dr. Lee and his team done a fantastic job. The staff was very helpful in answering questions before and after her procedure. Would highly recommend this facility.

The employees who work at this place are awesome!!! I was in a lot of pain they squeezed me quickly so we can get the tooth pulled ASAP. Mrs. Sheila was super nice through the whole process and explained everything to me. The women who put me asleep was awesome as well. I can’t remember her name but she was very good at her job! I didn’t feel a thing and woke up feeling great!! I have two more teeth that need to be pulled And I’m definitely doing it here. Thanks guys!! The pudding was great!

Dr Lee is the best out there! He removed a wisdom tooth for me a few days ago and I loved the experience! I was SOOO nervous but Dr Lee and his staff was there to make me feel as comfortable as my body would let me. Before I knew it, I was done and in complete disbelief. They showed me my tooth after just so I would believe them. I am very thankful and am healing up nicely.

Dr. I Lily was great and did great work. However office staff never knows which office to go to. Both times they have sent me to the wrong location. Very avgervated because I double check and make sure still send me to the wrong location.

Dr. Lilly, what a AWESOME, SWEET AND CARING DOCTOR. I had my first consulation for surgery today, he explained each and every step of my surgery, from start to finish.. the technician was also sweet and knowledgeable she went over my medical history and inquired about my asthma... the information package was given, she went over everything concerning the surgery, she answered any questions I had I left there knowing that I was in good hands and I would be taken care of during my surgery.. I read all the reviews on Dr. Lee but let's not forget about Dr. Lilly he's AWESOME also... you can tell that God is present in this, the feeling of love as you entered the building... I will come back and write my reviews after my surgery on Monday..🤗🤗Thanks Arion Well Today is Tuesday, Monday we couldn't locate a vein to start an IV, so I had to come back Tuesday ( not Dr. Lilly Fault, I have small veins) but Dr. Lilly had to stick me a few times and the nuse held my hand which was so nice, she calmed me, due to the tooth pain and I hate needles lol, but Dr. Lilly got the IV started, we talked and we laughed until the medication took control. The nurse continued to wake me up and said the procedure was over, I was sooo sedated, I didnt know when Dr.Lilly started, I didnt feel a thing.. This is the type of dentist I will always want if and when I need to have oral surgery done... He's so sweet, he has a great bedside manner, and he truly care for his patients...Dr.Lilly you are AWESOME!!!!!!!!! Had my wisdom teeth pulled here and everything was great. The staff was very friendly and informed me about everything I needed to know for my procedure. I got a next day appointment and everything went well.

I had a cancer scare from my primary care provider on a friday afternoon my PCP had told me I had cancer in the back of my mouth. I called Dr Lees office and told them what was going on and at 430 on a friday afternoon they got me in checked me out and took a biopsy of the suspect area and all was good there was nothing to worry about Dr Lee is a great surgeon and is the most compassionate Dr I have ever dealt with and I can say that from experience I have had 23 surgeries in my life

I had all 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed here yesterday. Today I’m having little to no pain. They got me in early and the whole thing was over in about half an hour. Staff went above and beyond & explained every aspect of the procedure in detail, and the facility was extra clean. Normally I have pretty severe anxiety about dental work, but this place is great. I highly recommend.

Every part of my experience with Dr. Lee and his staff was just wonderful, a couple days after my surgery I was still having pain, one of the nurses came in and was very helpful, and Dr. Lee was amazing. He took the time to actually explain why I still had so much pain, gave me advice as to how to help keep the pain level down which was awesome many other Doctors would have just wrote a script and sent me on my way but Dr. Lee took the time to give me tips on keeping the pain level down without just relying on pain meds alone.. Very appreciated. Both he and the rest of the staff are very kind and treat everyone like people and not just patients. They took great care of me in a very kind and speedy way. <3 This is by far and without a doubt the best experience of this kind I've ever had. They also used language anybody could clearly understand without all the big medical terms... Lastly I appreciated very much the humbleness and kindness His whole team had.. My wife has horrible teen that run in the family with bad infections.We sat in the hospital all night with the worse infection she ever had.The morning she came out of the hospital we contacted the office and got right in.The infection was starting to become life threatening and the swelling was out of this world.That morning we went into the office the entire staff was amazing.They set her up for surgery for 1:00 and had it completed by 2:30 by 5:00 her swelling had went down by 50 percent and so did the pain.The infection was removed along with what was causing it.Thank you so much Cumberland surgical staff

Dr. Lee did a wonderful extraction of a rear molar with a curved root for me.....no problem for him. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

My son had 3 wisdom teeth removed. He has had no pain, no swelling, just very minor soreness. Dr. Lilly is wonderful. His bedside manner is great. I felt that he took time to talk to me and answer all questions that I had. He called Monday evening to check on my son, and again to answer any questions. I highly recommend him to everyone.

I loved the staff and the dentist I was even having issues due to the surgery later on in the day(not at all their fault) but my husband called them to see what I should do since I wasn't feeling well and we feel asleep so didn't hear when they called back so later on in the evening the dentist called me on his cell just to make sure I was doing good I highly recommend them!
